Question:

Delstar DS 8012 - Firmware Upgrade

It has worked fine since christmas and now it does not seem to always want to hook up to my notebook my daughter uses it with. She can be listening to music on it and a dog shows up and blinks his eyes because he sad and then it turns off. I then proceed to still try to upgrade it when i get a chance and it just shows Connect on its screen and an arrow going from my computer to it but never upgrades anything. Help....What do I do/?Thanks much in advance.anitak252@hotmail.com
