Delstar MP4 Digital Play

Question

Please help, I rec'd this as a birthday gift in October 2007. I've been afraid to open the package. Well today's the day. I have it plugged into the computer now and the battery is charging. I'm reading the instructions and I'm already stuck. In the Quick Help Guide, #3 Open My computer and select rhe removable drive. What are they talking about?
