Question

i just got this off hsn.com and i am pretty good with this kind of stuff but i cant fro the wrold figure out how to transfer music to it my computer reconizes it as a storage device but the music does not seem to go to it and the disk says windwos me and 200 i cant find any info to use it on windows xp or vista i cant even find a website for them which is strange every timei have aproblemi go to the website please help
