Ok i am choosing between two flight schools. So confused which one to chose . Let's start with Delta.

Delta: Would earn all of mu ratings from Private to CFII. Then would instruct for 12 months. After that I would do Jet Bridge Transition Program. Its a preview of first officer's training. At the end I would get a guranteed Job interview. School is also accredited.

RAA: Would Earn all of my certificated from the private to the CFII. Then Flight Officer School. with 80 ground school hours . And 60 FTD ( Flight Training Device). Than time building as an instructor for about 4 months. Than two week ground school with (FMS,CBT,IPT,)... Two weeks Level D CRJ Simulator. Aproxemetly 32 hours. Seven full motion sessions. At the end i would also get a guranteed job interview. Raa is not accredited but if I go there I would save around 15000.

Thanks

  1. For the $50,000 to $70,000 those courses will cost you, I'd recommend going to an accredited COLLEGE and  getting a degree out of it.  The accreditation doesn't mean a whole lot in the program you are talking about since it doesn't go toward a degree.

I think you're better off doing just about anything other than these "pay for an interview" type programs.  They are extremely expensive, you don't get any kind of degree, and generally, the graduates of these kinds of programs are not very well respected amongst their peers.
