  1. I used to work for Delta not as a Flight Attendant,  not knowing how soon you are to have your interview with DL, but most airlines do whats known in the industry as a cattle call aka group interview with several elimination rounds. Ive been to a lot of F/A interviews with other airlines before i got on with DL and that's what most of them do.  I got my job by going to here http://www.flightattendantcareer.com/ and re-searching the company. Yes the site is mainly for Flight Attendant positions but some of the questions I was asked was in there. I even got her book, cause I too want to be a flight attendant. I do currently work for a different airline after 4 yrs of being away from DL, but I am trying to get back on with DL either as a F/A or gate agent etc. I can tell you, Delta is an Awesome company to work for =)

Most airlines will explain the job, the company etc and explain whats going to happen. Some airlines Ive gone for have you work with everyone and put the whole group who's interviewing in alphabetical order by last name or 1st name to see how well you work with others etc

Dress in a suit, that usually will help make you stand out, ive been to some and seen some people wear jeans, and even kahki's and a polo. Have a resume and your 10year background history available including refrences, unemployment gaps and 5 year residence history.

Ive been asked to fill out applications while there but already had mine done, and handed it in with all the info they were looking for, it was a plus =) SHOW UP EARLY is the BIGGEST one you could do to help make you stand out...Also memorize names if possible preferabbly the ones doing the interviews =) Also plan on being there for most of the day, it usually is most of that day that it takes to go thru it all. Ive started at 8am once, didnt get done til 6pm.

The last F/A interview I went for was Mesa, and it was a cattle call type interview they had us to a Safety Briefing before takeoff, and we had to follow the script that they gave us...I didn't make it to the 2nd round...One on 1 interview.

I've also been where they were deciding between me and another person to go to training. =)

Good luck and hope you make it =)

  2. Here is a website that will help you answer behavioral based interview questions. There are a lot more companies that are using this style. If they don't use this style you will still benefit from this help because you can use real world experiences when answering their questions. http://www.tspractice.com

  3. This isn't the best place to ask that question. Go here instead: http://www.indeed.com/forum/job/flight-a... then search the forum for other pertinent Delta interview info.
