Question:

Delta trike problem with axle?

Hi

I'm no mechanic and have been trying to build a trike in a delta configuration.

With others that have more experience than I, we thought of using an axle onto which both rear wheels are solidly attached. This poses the problem, I now realise, of turning without friction. The inside wheel needs to turn a lot less.

What would be your solution for a chain driven delta trike?

Thanks

  1. Most delta trikes turn only one of the wheels.

But braking needs to be both.
