Dementions of a matrix?

I'm confused, this is the question (exactly as stated in the homework):

Enter the dimensions of the m x n matrix ( 62 -79 -71 28) as m,n

the dimensions of a matrix are the number of rows x the number of columns

this matrix has two rows and two columns, so is a 2x2 matrix

I believe the homework wants you to state the positions in the matrix as coordinates.  (m1,n1-m1,n2 and so on

I believe this is a 1x4 matrix because it has 1 row x 4 columns.  So m1,(n1,n2,n3,n4)
