Demesne Loopy likely to lash victory in Bookmakers Sprint
Demesne Loopy is likely to lash a sterling victory in The Owlerton Bookmakers Sprint that will be held at Sheffield racecourse on Tuesday night, May 8.
When the action of the high-stakes Open Race begins at 19:42 (GMT), the E. Parker-trained white and black b***h will run against Droopys Alfie, Stepaside Eagle, Ballymac Silva, Yah Muppet and Bowtime Honcho.
On the flat track of 280 meters, the above hounds will compete for the prize money of £200.
Demesne Loopy’s career is marked with epic triumphs and classic runner-up positions. Since the dawn of 2012, the brilliant b***h has been performing well.
After winning a big race on January 21, the four-year-old veteran hound moved ahead to bag a couple of consecutive triumphs in March-April. She has also achieved 6 runner-up ranks from January 10 to date.
Considering this epic track record, the bookmakers have granted her a favourite tag for the Sprint. The talented daughter of Golostar Lee out of Malbay Chaz will surely be able to capitalise well on her capabilities and skills to finish first tonight. Her
chances to thrive are as high as 90 percent.
Among the other runners, Bowtime Honcho and Droopys Alfie are likely to do well in the coming contest.
Bowtime Honcho won two races in a row during March 2012. The J. Sharp-trained black dog went on to finish 3rd in a race each on April 2 and May 5. On the basis of these impressive performances, it is hoped that the dashing dog will have a great
time in the Sprint.
On the other hand, Droopys Alfie won four races in a row from October 28 to December 10, 2011. The B. Denby-trained white, blue and brindle dog again registered a fabulous victory on January 23, 2012, gaining a lot of confidence and courage.
Each one of these two hounds can give a tough time to Demesne Loopy who needs to employ an audacious and offensive running strategy in order to thrive. The race will be thrilling enough. Let us get ready for an amazing action. Good luck to the favourite
b***h along with all the other contestants.
