Hilary supporters jumping ship and voting republican.

The spike in the polls not nearly what they should be after the DNC

Libs praying for devastation from Hurricane Gustav so as to disrupt the RNC.

How low will they continue to go? Give your opinion, but please keep it respectful. Thanks!

  1. The mainstream democrats are very unhappy with the Pelosi-Reid leadership.  Then you add the idiot Howard Dean and you can see the party has moved to the liberal loon category.  Of course the non extremist like Clinton and Lieberman are going to jump ship, they have lost control of what they stand for.  Then the mainstream media is trying to push the party even further left, so I see a third party of moderates coming out of all of this.

  2. Unfortunately your assertions are extremely weak. First, just because polls often 'spike' after a convention doesn't mean they 'should' as you say. Politics is more complicated than that. You mentioned 'Libs' praying for devastation.  Can you name two who you heard praying?  Hillary supporters are 'jumping ship and voting republican'?  Are you referring to the presidential election? As far as I know no one can legally vote in it until election day. But if you know otherwise, let us know about it, so we can vote sooner.  "Democratically controlled Congress'? Nope Actually the Senate is Dem controlled only if you count Lieberman and he is now basically a Repub. The house has done nothing but argue about oil policy, so it's not a Dem or Rep. issue.  In your short argument, you commit so many errors in logic that it is truly impossible to answer in any reasonable way, so to be respectful is rather a moot point.  And there's only one reason Lieberman is supporting McCain. If you're a thoughtful person, you should be able to figure it out--nothing to do with dems or reps.
