Is this legal? Can I use these photos for this? Does anyone know? Please help.

Legally you can't use the photos that someone else took, unless you get permission from the owner.

If YOU took the photos, there would be no problem using McCain's images without HIS release because of his celebrity status, but, you can get into trouble for using photos taken by someone else.
