Democrats, What do you think of the phrase Country First. Do you agree?

Republicans do not agree with that phrase like Democrats do. The slogan of the AIP is "Alaska First".

I think the country should come first if you are a democrat or a republican but not  if you are a mother then your children come first.

In the context that it was said, I agree wholeheartedly.

And actually McCain didn't say it it was Lieberman.

Lieberman said we should put aside our political ideologies and place country first.

Not a fascist statement, a statement that we should vote for the man not the party. I have done that in the past and will do it again in this election.

I think country before party is exactly what we all should think!

Country first, of course.
