Question:

Democrats? Is this really true?

It is my understanding that John Edwards was not allowed to speak at the Democratic Convention due to his poor moral standard (having an affair and then lying about it). Is BILL CLINTON really suppose to speak in his place? Do you see anything wrong with this picture?

  1. You mean Edwards was president too? That is the only reason that Bill Clinton is there.

  2. If that's true, then yes, I do have a big problem...the only way I see how they can defend that is because Edwards cheated while his wife had cancer, while Clinton did it while she was normal...

  3. Bill Clinton was smart enough to know how to avoid getting a woman pregnant. If he had better aim he wouldn't have been caught at all.

  4. the party mascot is a jackass

    enough said

  5. And John McCain has publicly admitted to cheating on his first wife, Carol, with his then mistress - and now 2nd wife - Cindy.

    Just saying.

  6. Why don't you get your facts striaght?

  7. Nope, not true.  Both Clintons were scheduled to speak from the beginning.

  8. Your understanding is incorrect. Edwards was never scheduled to speak at the convention.

  9. This is not true.  Bill Clinton would have spoken at the convention no matter what as the last standing Democratic President.  Rarely does a 3rd place finisher get a speaking position at the convention though he was invited and is now going to remain "off screen" since he is the pariah he is.

Personally I look for Edwards, the former Governor of NY and that Mayor from Detroit to all be seated in the same section - well off camera.
