Demolishing a old house in chennai?

we currently bought a old house built in a 1400 sq feet land in prime location in chennai. we would like the demolish the existitng one and rebuild a new one.

can anyone please clarify me the below questions:

1. how can we speed up the process of demolishing ( by using some machines instead of using manual labor). which option is the best?

2. how to calculate the cost required for demolishing the house,so that i could apply for my loan amount accordingly
