The Democrats have turned from the moderates in their party and embraced the very far left.  They wanted to be the party to &quot;make history&quot;.  They thought that after 8 years of Bush, they couldn&#039;t loose no matter who they ran.  They should have had this election in their back pockets, but they blew it again.  They blew it so bad, that after 40 years of being a democrat, I have disowned them.  I&#039;m now an independent and will vote for whoever runs the most moderate candidate.  I&#039;ll have to wait for the debates to determine if I&#039;ll vote for president at all.
