  1. Seems to me you can always appeal something less amount of days is 10 not sure on max

  2. I don't trust agency. They filled the form DS-156 for my mom and they messed up. As a result, my mom failed the interview. Now my mom has to repay to be reconsidered. Agency? Should they be providing great service for the fee we paid them ? Their job is to translate, that's all.

  3. no half to start again

  4. Just get married with a single friend and they will give you all the papers you need, don't waste time.

  5. Go to the Embassy or some how get in touch with them. Go get the T4 form and take it to the agency.

It is always best to "visit the embassy" and sit down with someone there and get straight information about what all is needed. They can give you ALL the forms in a nice package so that you don't have to over look something.

Who is this "agency" you talk about? Is this your "sponsor" for the work permit? Just curious. I've never heard of an agency being involved unless you mean sponsor.
