The Argentine International, who is currently playing on-loan for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c13019, has made 25 appearances for the Toffees this season and scored three goals during this period.  The player is set to make a return to the Argentine Primera
Division side, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tigre-c40732 at the end of the season. He signed a two year deal with the Argentine club in 2010 and was the top scorer in the division with 11 scalps during his first full season.
The 24-year old, who has also represented the Toffees in 18 league matches, revealed that he got off to a nervous start at Everton and found it difficult at first to communicate with the people around him.
While talking to reporters, he said: “There were tough times at the beginning of the season, it was difficult. First and foremost, the language made things a bit harder. I wasn’t understanding things and I wasn’t able to express
myself.”
The Argentine footballer has remained the second choice striker for the Everton manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nikica-Jelavic-c27906, since signing him in January. The lanky player has just been able to
make it into the starting eleven, 2 times in Everton’s last 11 games. However, he did play a part in the Toffees 2-0 win against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 in February, in which he scored his first Premier League goal.
Despite his difficult start at the club and failure to earn more playing time at Goodison Park, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Denis-c10837 remained optimistic about his future and vowed to keep working hard. He insisted that his toilsome time in the beginning at
Merseyside had strengthened him as a player.
He remarked, “But all that served to do was to give me more desire and make me more determined to achieve my objective, which was to play and score goals. Whether things turn out well or badly, I’ve always had the idea of giving
everything.”
