Oman secured a 17-run win against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Denmark-c2884 in the ICC World Twenty20 Qualifiers play-offs on March 22 at the ICC Global Cricket Academy Ground No 2 in Dubai.
Oman won the toss and chose to bat. http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Jatinder-Singh-c66512 (56) established a powerful 113-run partnership, which set the tone for their team’s performance throughout the remainder of the match.
Siddiqui was stumped in the 14th over by wicketkeeper http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Amir-Ali-c43991 was unremarkable, contributing just 2 runs, but Rajeshkumar Ranpura raised the momentum somewhat, with 21 off 15 balls.
The remaining batsmen were mediocre, with http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Awal-Khan-c46839 (5) giving his wicket away without much of a fight, and Al Said (1) and Aamir Kaleem (0) remaining not out, but without any particular contribution. By the end of 20 overs, Oman had managed 155 runs.

Oman’s Zeeshan Siddiqui was declared the Player of the Match, for his 67 off 36 balls. However, despite their victory over Denmark, Oman were not able to make it to the final stages of the qualifier matches.
