Dental Help -PLEASE!?

So this august i have to get this thing in the top of my mouth for 4 months. do u think any of u know the name of it?

u can't take it out and every morning u have to take a key and turn the thing so it will make your mouth less narrow. think u kno what it is called?

or a palate expander

same thing.

i had one for a year.

but i had the zigzag kind, not the kind with the key.

note of advice: don't eat too much dark meat chicken or turkey while you have it.

it gets stuck up there and gags you.
