Dental Question?

can u get cavities because your teeth sting at random times or because of ur enamel

because i havent been to a dentist in a year

and i am really scared of what there going to say about my teeth. i have always been scared of going to the dentist.

is there any tips in like healing the pain please help

your enamel is the white of your teeth, you get cavities when sugar gets stuck in the cracks or pockets of your teeth and then they start to decay, if you floss and brush regularly then you should have any problem with the dentist,

Go to the dentist.  If you let your fear take control you'll just wait even longer.  Then you'll be more embarrassed.  You can't change the past, but you can make your own future.  Look online and in the phone book.  There are dentists who specialize in treating patients who are afraid.
