Or will I have white teeth and a yellow spot where my dental work is at? And what is the best OTC whitener?

  1. Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html

  2. Dental work? As in veneers or caps? If that is the answer then nothing will whiten artificial teeth. They have to be white as you desire to start with. You teeth will whiten just fine just not artificial teeth.

Crest white strips work very well but sometimes takes more than one box to get the desired color.

  3. i have the same problem....i have fillings in my four front teeth in certain places....im getting them whitened...i told my hygienest im worried about this coz my natural teeth might get whiter than my fake fillings, i asked her if i can get my fillings redone with whiter material if this happens and she said yes, so thats what im going to do - get the fillings redone whiter if my teeth look patchy. it mite cost a bit but ah well im sick of having yellow teeth.

im not getting over the counter...shes making me trays and then i take them home and do the whitening myself, costing me $448 though. dental work is so expensive.
