Dental programs at forest park community college?

i am doing a dental assistant program at south county technical school. now, after this year i have to go to forest park bc this community college has the dental hygienist program which i would like to take. now, i am wondering when i enter forest park, is my first year just basics? are they the basics for the dental hygienist program? is there a "dental hygienist" class i take my first year? i just dont understand how it works. can someone help to explain it to me?

You need to actually call Forest Park directly and ask to speak with an Admissions Counselor, but the courses that you've already taken at South County will transfer to the new school.
