When i was little i couldn't drink milk without getting sick... not the case anymore although i rarely have some and it's only a small portion with my cereal... so my teeth are cracked really bad (no holes or broken gross black pieces) just cracked. is there anything i can do to make my teeth "heal" or are they pretty much just stuck like that? also i have needed teeth pulled and braces for a long time (my lower jaw is too small for all of my teeth) how much are braces and how long do you have to keep them on for? (it really sucks but i have no insurance) do most dentists work out payment plans or even work on People with no insurance? also probably really expensive but has anyone heard anything about the laser whitening? does it work and how much does it cost? any info is helpful thanks to all in advance!!

  1. generally regular braces are around 5000 but can be more or less depending on how much work you need. But if you need teeth pulled it might be a bit more. Most places will do payment plans...lets say if you need the braces for 18 months...you would pay a bit of a deposit and then pay off every month for 18 months until its payed. Im not sure about laser whitening - i asked my dentist for whitening....i had to see the hygienest and she made trays of my mouth and is going to give me stuff to do the whitening at home - its going to cost 448 dollars (bear in mind im from australia and everythings different in different countries). I hope the whitening works, ill soon see.

I dont have insurance either, im going to the orthodontist soon bcoz i need braces too. I want to get invisalign or lingual braces because im an adult  and am a bit self conscious, but these cost a lot more and not everyone is a candidate so we'll see what he says.

  2. Yes I heard and know of it. I also think you should ask your dentist to apply some dental putty. Hope this is useful. :)
