Dentists- Is there a toothbrush that can be TOO soft?

I have this new toothbrush made by GUM, and it says Gentle Dental on it, and i noticed it feels realllyyyyy soft on my teeth, like its not even doing anything. Will this not clean my teeth as well as a medium brush?

Nope....not random....as soft as possible is the best!!!  

Use the medium brush to clean your tile grout....way to hard on teeth!
