Dentists please. is this mouth rinse/wash okay to use if i have braces ?

my mum has just got me some mouth rinse as i have braces and i need it . the dentists said i can get any mouth wash but it has to be alcohol free. the mouth was is Oral-B and is alcohol free but im still not sure? . my dentist said to use it once a day at night but on the bottle it says use it twice a day. should i just use it once a day ?

Should be ok once or twice a day..  I used Listerine green one as that is what my dentist advised... don't use corsodyl as this stains the teeth

try alcohol mouth wash, will make you more appeling to the boys and get them drunk too so they dont have to look at you.
