Denver Nuggets beat Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night by 94-84.
In the final game before the All-Star break Carmelo Anthony’s performance 38 points with 12 rebounds leads the Nuggets on the road with the Milwaukee at their home court on Wednesday night.
The Nuggets played tremendously in the first quarter of the game and scored 27-16, and got the lead of 11 points. Anthony scored 12 points in the first quarter and showed a very sensational game. John Salmon form the Bucks scored eight points in the first quarter. He scored his season- high point 33.
In the second quarter of the game the Bucks comeback in the game and played very well and scored 27-19. But at the end of the first half of the game the Nuggets had the lead of three points scoring 46-43.In the second quarter the Salmons added more seven points and Corey Maggette added seven points form the home team. Anthony added nine points in the total of the Nuggets in the second quarter.
In the third quarter of the game the home team showed an awesome game and scored 28-25.The quarter was ended in a very sensational moment when Earl Boykins from the home team leveled the points by scoring two points in the last moments of the quarter by 71-71.Salmons scored ten points from the bucks and Anthony added nine points in the third quarter in the total of the Nuggets.
The final quarter of the game was very sensational the Bucks seemed on the upper hand in the first eight minutes of the quarter but when the Nuggets comeback in the game and took a lead of one point when Chauncey Billups scored two points in the jump shot, when 5:15 minutes was remaining by 83-82. Then the Nuggets maintained their lead over the home team and win the game by 94-87. In the final quarter the Bucks just scored 16 points Salmons and Maggette missed many point shots in the last mints of the game.
John Salmons from the home team scored 33 points and Andrew Bogut gathered 20 rebounds, but the Bucks lost the game. It’s their eighth defeat in the game in ten games as they persist to be the worst shooting team and lowest scoring team in this season. Chauncey Billups played very well and scored nine points from his 20 points in the final quarter.
Michael Redd, over his 10 year career his average was 20.2 points and is making $18.3 million in the final year of his contract, was probable to return to Milwaukee on Monday but his return in the team was not scheduled yet.
