Denver Nuggets up rooted Utah Jazz
Nuggets run roughshod over Jazz at Pepsi Center, Denver with a dominating 110-88 win. Jazz, asleep on the offense committed 22 turnovers that played a very vital role
in their defeat.
Carmelo Anthony remained remarkable with 23 points and seven rebounds for the Nuggets.
The turning point of the game remained the 12 points of Arron Afflalo in the first half. Afflalo had an immediate impact by uplifting the lead up to 30-24. By the end,
he added 22 points for the team.
Deron Williams” D-Will” led the Jazz with 17 points and the rookie of the Year award, while Paul Millsap had 15 points.
A five-time NBA All-Star, Chauncey Billups had 14 points and gave eight assists for the Nuggets.
New entrant, Albert "Al" Harrington remained incapable of giving his 100 percent but still made an impression and had 10 points off the bench for the Nuggets.
The Jazz made five off their 18 digits in the first quarter. They missed their first five shots and had three turnovers before scoring any points. With 4:32 left in the
first quarter, they were closest to slowing down the lead with the score at 15-11.

The final six points for the Nuggets were scored on two buckets from Anthony and two free throws from Billups. The score was brought up to 60-40 before the break.
