Deodorant..in your hand luggage or suitcase?

Question

I always get confused to whether deodorant is meant to be in your suitcase or hand luggage? If it must go in the hand luggage then does it still have to be under 100ml because technically its not a liquid!

if its the solid kind it dosent matter size it can go in the had luggage but if it is a spray or gel it has to be under 100ml or go in your suitcase

Are you going to USE it while on the airplane? If not, put it in your checked luggage and lighten the load in your carry-on.  It CAN be in either..but you don't need it on the airplane.

Well, just to be safe I'd put it in your suitcase. When you go through security you can ask, and then next time you travel you will know whether you can bring it on the plane or not.
