Deos swimming help you grow in height? Deos it make your shoulders wider?i`m 15, and i`d like to swim everyday, almost ... 4 times a week lets say, i have 1,74 cm in height, and 58 kg ... if i swim 4 times a week, do i have chances to be smth. like: 188 cm ?

yes you do grow in height because swimming makes your lungs bigger cause you use them alot and your lungs grown wider and taller making you taller

Ok well it makes your shoulders really broad, if you look at pics of olimpic swimmers they have a triagle figure

I havn't heard of it increasing your height, but it sure does increase your shoulders. It also makes feet bigger, mine have gone up 2 sizes since i began swimming. But it makes your shoulders amazing, like mine are broad and muscular now.
