  1. Good question!!!

Since I've had so many female friends who have come & gone & have had good & bad experiences with them, here's what I thought:

I just think you should find a woman who has a “healthy dose” of both independence & interdependence (meaning mutually dependent; depending on each other). A dependant woman is the worst. She’s the kind of woman who is constantly being beckoned to ask for help from her husband on every little thing (a woman who’s needy & clingy).

Independence can teach her how to be prepared for the harsh realities of the real world. Also remember that statistically women tend to live longer than men, so in practicality it is not a bad idea for a woman to be both independent and interdependent.

In general, some of the dependant women that I’ve encountered are the ones who "don’t initiate" to think for themselves (& it doesn’t have anything to do with their husbands). They’re unable to function without their husband’s thought --which is very common among stay-home moms. It’s like if you want a dependant woman, you could just get a dog and train it to do whatever you say without a thought of its own. On the other hand, independence promotes self-worth and self-esteem ---to sum it up---an independent woman should “be able” to take care of her own needs, but not one who is selfish ---meaning the “me-myself-and-I” syndrome.

  2. All I want is a "wife" to cook and clean for me.  It does not matter if my wife is a man or woman.  LOL  Dependent, independent....makes no difference as long as s/he can cook and clean.

  3. independant

  4. Independent woman, of course!  That's why my husband chose me!  :-)

  5. depedent so she would never leave. haha no homo!

  6. independent

  7. Well if I were a man I'd choose an independent woman, but then I might be wrong because it appears that I intimidated the h**l out of them........................and isn't that odd?

I would think confidence and independence would be appealing?

Where am I going wrong with this train of thought?
