Question:

Depressed... cant get back to sleep?

I woke up and cant get back to sleep, I keep thinking about this guy I am dating (soon to be bf) from work. I feel like tonight was the last time I will see him for a while. I go to community college and he is still in high school. Are work schedules are different too... I work Mon, Wed, Fri 5-close and Thurs 11-5. He works weekend mornings. And during weekday mornings we are in school. I don't know why I am feeling so stressed about this I know we can work it out but for some reason it is keeping me up with a panic

  1. Ok this is a routine I take to get my self to sleep.

    1.open air cooler or conditioner several hours before bed and close the door so the cool air doesn't get out.

    2.Grab a good book from the bookshelf that you will enjoy.Then go to a kettle or hot water dispencer and fill up a beaker or bottle that will not spill with hot water then add ribena apparently this helps.Keep it by your bed later on so when you have any problems drink a little and it soothes you put theese all on a table.

    3.Go into the room empty handed after you have made the drink.Then fluff out the pillows correctly and place anything else u want correctly too.Leave all the air in there while u are outside for a few more hours while you have a bowl of cereal.I often enjoy cookie crisp as my cereal.

    4. After a few hours go back in and if u can try lavender drops on your

    pillow.Go back outside with door shut for 5 more mins then take your drink and book back inside.Get into the comfy bed and put the drink by you.

    5. Read the book and you will still get tired even if its really good.Once you are get into a light that u are comfortable with and a position you are comfortable with too.

    6. Then imagine you are either sinking into the mattress or floating up

    into the sky.

    7.Go to sleep and whenever you wake up again drink some ribena or when you are uncomfortable.Use this routine from now on and you'll be

    sleeping like a Baby! Just thank me xS

  2. it's hard to know that when you want to see a loved one and you can't - it gets you stressed a lot.

    i was in a long distance relationship with my ex and we always wanted to see each other but it was hard and it caused so many arguments and i cried everyday cos of it.

    get yourself up, keep busy, keep smiling and think of the times when you do see each other and how special they will be. i believe that long distance relationship are best or like one you're going through where you don't see each other much cos the times you do see each other, you'll treasure them so much more as you've had to wait so long to get close to them.
