Depressent pills?

ive herd depressint pills are great but when you stop takeing them you are worse then before because you know what its like to be really happy.. is this true?

  1. Typically, when people get off anti-depressants, sometimes they get a little depressed because their body is used to the effects and doesn't completely know how to work without it. It's not that they know what it's like to be happy... it's more like withdrawal, but not as bad, because their body may not produce the vital brain chemicals that are needed because it's used to having the antidepressant.


  2. If you are missing a certain chemical and the antidepressant works for you,  just stay with it if you can. If you quit it, you are not worse off, you are the same you were before you started... lacking the chemical balance.  It may feel like it because you forgot just how depressed you felt. But no, it is not true you will be worse off if you take them and then quit.  It is possible to be more depressed but not because of taking the anti-depressant, natural or otherwise.
