  1. No taking anything for stress will mess up your system after u quit taking them it will hit alot harder. just try to get out and do thing's with your friends even though your depressed trust me it will help!

  2. Make a list of the things in your life that you hate and eliminate one by one all that you can.  Make another list of ALL of your goals, biggest to smallest.............

Then start with the smallest goals, each day try to accomplish one.........

    always move forward each day............

As for pills,  I've tried a herb called "Valerian Root Extract"

The Vitamin Shoppe has the most effective ones for the best price.......

They make you sleepy, but take the edge off........

  3. Natual cures for stress/depression a very simple. Eating a balanced diet, plently of vitamin C has thought to decrease stess. Also plent of plently of sleep and exercise will really help. The best thing to do is set yourself time to relax, try having a hot bath, do some yoga and meditation are all very good for reducing stress. I also reccomend you to take up a hobbie for you to do in your spare time, this will take you mind off your stress/depression.

  4. i practice copingskills and take meds but excercising and talking to others about how to cope. i have somethings i can do that might help you

  5. Exercise to relieve stress

  6. hi Sara

Exercise is supposed to relieve stress/depression, coz it releases endorphins, the 'happy' hormone.

I reckon it works, coz it worked for me!

  7. Just exercising is a miracle cure for depression, so take a light walk or a jog and you'll soon start to see the improvements. :)

Also, keeping a diary helps with depression, as it gives you a chance to let your feelings out in a non-destructive way. Write down all the things that upset you and try to think of ways you can make them better.

Just talking to someone will work wonders as well, be it a therapist, a friend or a member of your family.

Eating right will make you feel good too - not only will you feel healthier, but you'll generally feel fresher and more happy.

You don't need pills, that's for sure :)
