  1. get help as soon as you can ,because people have it for years and it just gets worse and its not good

  2. If you are depressed, you need to seek assistance.  What would be the point of waiting years before seeking help?

  3. The biggest problem with depression is that, whatever it is that upsets you, has become a habit. Something pushes your button and you react badly, then you continue to react. You develop the expectation that you will react, then you forget why you react and whatever it is that upsets you. Before long, you could be reacting to anything, just to get it over with.

There isn't anything that has to depress you, but once you've let the depression in, it's hard to get it out. It's not that anything is actually depressing or that you have a tendency to be depressed, it's the fact that, with time and habit, you have lost perspective to why you did it in the first place.

More often than not, we don't know why we got depressed. That lack of knowledge is key to stopping it before you do it again. To know what upsets you, to be able to see the pattern, the same pattern over and over and over again, and see it for what it really is, gives you the power to set it aside and walk away.

You could read up on some pop psychology and learn some terms there to begin to identify some key issues. It's usually just negativity. But if you can't stop it and turn it off, it's going to wear you out fighting within yourself over nothing. Words would give you power over that. Knowledge is key for seeing yourself objectively, not just how these things make you feel about yourself. There's a difference between feeling bad and feeling bad about yourself.

Don't assume spending money is a solution. Learn the ways of depression. Know yourself. The more you know, the better equipped you are to find something better to do.

    I hope this helps you.

  4. Based on the series of questions you've asked, I suspect you are not serious.

In case you are, seek treatment immediately.  Depression that is allowed to continue and/or worsen becomes harder to treat and can cause permanent damage to your brain.

  5. Was that a rhetorical question?

  6. Try to get help now then if nobody will help you'll have to wait til you get really sick.
