I bought this headset like a month ago, it came home like a week after, so got to use it for like 3 weeks. It look like brand new when i receive it which is good as described on ebay. I took it out and tried charging it, but there were no flashing light to indicate if it full, therefore, i assumed it was fully charged. I used it hardly because i turned it off when I'm not using it. Anyway, after the 3rd week the battery finally went dead. I tried charging it for 3-5 hours and then turn it on but it didn't. i emailed the guy and asked if I can refund but the guy only allowed refund within 3 days... (when the item actually took a week to be delivered to me). I wanted an exchange but he doesn't have any in stock and i even asked if he have the receipt so maybe i could ask the manufacture to replace it but he doesn't have it. My time to dispute is going to expired soon. What should i do?

  1. sorry but if you bought it as-is you took a risk of it not working, hopefully you got a good deal. He cant be responsible for it 3 weeks later because he could think you could have just dropped it in the toilet. If you want a warranty, buy it from a real store.
