Derby County FC - Do They Have The Best Fans Ever?

We played Preston last night in the Carling Cup and we took over 1000 fans, over 100 miles, after the abysmal season we had last year, our fan base is as strong as ever.

And we even get some good news, we are the ONLY East Mids club still in the competition, Florest and Leicester are both out!!!!

The Rams season starts now!!!!

you are so right.... despite having a dreadful season they still turned up week after week I'll bet any of the so called big 4 had that sort of season they would be staying away in there droves your team may only be in the championship your supporters are in the champions league final you deserve better and good luck................

I'm impressed by Derbies fans, even last season you seemed to keep Pride Park full, and noise level maximum, and with 23,000 season ticket holders (correct me if Im wrong) even after a dreaful season is nothing short of amazing. Our fans are quite similar (Sheff Utd.) It's great to see real fans sticking to their club. Even if I don't like you're team, and manager (thanks for nicking Hulse... <_<) I'll always respect your fans. Good luck next season. Might be looking unlikely, but hope you go back inplace of some plastic outfit such as Reading.

LOL, I didn't know Derby County had any fans. I thought they'd have gone from shame. Last season was truly an embarrassment for them.
