There are several in downtown New Albany about 7 miles from the casino that is as close as you're going to get. The Horseshoe Casino (formerly Caesar's Casino) is the only business in Elizabeth IN 7 miles from any kind of civilization, the next nearest town is New Albany IN., your next nearest  hotels would be in downtown Louisville Ky. about 12 miles away.
