The Nerazzurri striker is happy with Derby della Madonnina victory, and over the moon after scoring the winner for his team.
Inter Milan striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Diego-c11058 Milito, has hailed his team for defeating bitter rivals, AC Milan, in Derby Della Madonnina on Sunday, January 15.

from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ignazio-Abate-c16673 led to their demise.
The striker believes that the win will help the Italian giants regain their lost confidence, and it will be a driving force for their upcoming games. The Argentine also hailed his team for maintaining their focus throughout the
game, and believes that their patience paid dividends.
The 32-year-old was talking to the media after the game where he expressed his feelings regarding the outcome of the derby. Milito said:
“I am so very happy. We had a great performance against an opponent of excellent quality. We knew it would be difficult and remained concentrated throughout, so we’re happy to have won the derby.”
The former Genoa star insisted that his team desperately needed a victory against a top team after losing to Juventus, Udinese and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 earlier this season.
“We really needed to beat one of the other big clubs and knew winning this would give us the confidence to face the next games. Winning the derby is wonderful, especially for all those who stayed close to me in difficult moments.
Being fortunate enough to score the only goal makes me doubly happy,” concluded Milito.
The Nerazzurri had an unimpressive start to the season and back-to-back defeats led to the sacking of their head coach, Gian Piero Gasperini. Former AS http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 boss, Claudio Ranieri, was given charge of the team, and a string of excellent
performances under him have put the last season’s Coppa Italia winners back in the title race.
Inter Milan are now sitting 5th in the Serie A standings, and have won six successive league games.
