im going to the doctor/therapist next week.

im 16.

i have ocd & anxiety(not treated yet)

lately ive been a bit agoraphobic because i dont want to pass out in public.

but

anyway i feel as if things are "unreal"

ive felt like this a while non-stop even when im not having a panic attack.

its really weird and scary and i feel like im losing my mind.

is this derealisation?

is there a way to help this, and will my therapist understand what im talking about?what do i say?

  1. Yes, it's called Depersonalization and may be related to Dissociative Personalty Disorder.

  2. It's disassociation and it is a common symptom of anxiety.  When you talk to the doctor be sure and include it along with your other symptoms.

Good decision to see a doctor and hopefully you will be much better soon.
