im going to the doctor/therapist next week.im 16.i have ocd & anxiety(not treated yet)lately ive been a bit agoraphobic because i dont want to pass out in public.but anyway i feel as if things are "unreal"ive felt like this a while non-stop even when im not having a panic attack.its really weird and scary and i feel like im losing my mind.is this derealisation?is there a way to help this, and will my therapist understand what im talking about?what do i say?
