Dereck Chisora wants to fight David Price or John McDermott after beating Tyson Fury – Boxing news
The undefeated British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion Dereck Chisora has claimed a win over the current English heavyweight champion Tyson Fury on July 23, 2011 and has vowed he will take on the winner of David Price and John McDermott eliminator
afterwards, which is scheduled for November.
The Del Boy, Chisora, who is set to defend his British and Commonwealth titles against Tyson Fury in July at the Wembley Arena in London, told the media he is eager to get into the ring.
Chisora, who has won all 14 of his fights including 9 by the way of a knockout, said he is going to win against Fury, as he wants to be at the top for another five years at least. He stated he wants a world title but before that, he would like to meet Price
or McDermott.
He said, “I can’t wait to get in there with Tyson. It will be a good fight. Once I get through with him, then I want to meet the likes of David Price and John McDermott before I go on for the world title. I am the No.1 in Britain and I want to be at the
top for another five years and nobody is going to push me off this throne.”
The 23-year-old Irish-American pugilist, Fury, is also an unbeaten prospect. He has won all of his 14 fights including 10 by the way of a knockout. Therefore, Chisora knows it is going to be a tough night on July 23.

Chisora admitted that everything will be on the line but on the same note, he said he has more skills and the difference will be clearly seen by everyone on the fight night.
“Everything is on the line against Fury. But the one thing I have that he doesn’t is skills – and that’s going to be the big difference on the night, believe me,” added Chisora.
Let’s see whether Chisora really has what it takes to shrug off a 6 ft 9” giant in the ring or not.
