Dermatologist visit.......What happens??? Please answer?

Ive have really bad acne on my back, chest, and face, so my doctor has reffered me to a dermatologist.

When you go to the dermatologist what do they do?

Do you have to remove all of your clothes?

No, you will not have to remove your clothes. After you are sent to a room, a nurse or medical assistant will come in and get some information from you about your skin and any allergy's you may have.

Then the Dr. will come in and take a look at your skin, ask a few questions and decide what the best treatment plan for your is.

You may leave with a few samples and a prescription for a topical or oral treatment.
