how long do dermotoligist have to go to collage? and what collages are the best for it.

4 years of college and 4 years of medical school plus multi-year medical residency.  With your spelling, I don't think you have to be concerned about getting into medical school.

Dermatologists are doctors, which means they go to school for 10+ years. You need four years of college to get your bachelors and to get the necessary pre-reqs done, 4 years for medical school (if you manage to get in), and then another few years of residency where you get paid horribly for working 80+ hour weeks.
