  1. I know that some people have that ability just not me! Ge's I can barely remember yesterday! lol ♥

  2. im sure it did!

but i think there was something more to it

  3. Yes it did work. Derren Brown is a genius!

  4. god wish i could do that

ryt now hes tryin to make some woman electrocute a cat

  5. It was marvellous. But I'm still not sure if it was a joke.

Wish I could do it! I have a memory like a sieve.

  6. The clue to how it works is the creation of 'pictures' or images to help you remember things.

I have seen several programs ranging from genius memory experts to those with autism/arspergers syndrome, and the common theme to a lot of these people, is that when they are trying to remember say reams of data, what they see is not just the data as such but pictures and images that conjure up the data.

Just like when the answer to one of the questions was 'carfax' the guy saw an image of a car with a fax coming out of it.

Image association seems to be the key to help remember reams of data. Strangely Derren didnt really labour this point in his program.

  7. i wish i could do that!lol handy for exams!

  8. Yes! i tried it with an article in ELLE, i scrolled down the page, not pying attention on the words or phrases, and a week later, asked a friend to ask about something on that page. She asked for the fashion label mentioned on the second from last line

I thought i had no idea, but in the back of my mind the word replay kept popping up, again i did NOT read the article at all, merely scrolled my fingers down. then, i found the first part "we are"

    we are replay, i said

and to my absolute disbeleif, it was correct

    i was so gobsmacked

i thought it was a pile of rubbish when i first saw it

    try it and see!

and yeah, everyone i was thinking EXAMS too :D

    hope this helps =]
