Derrick Rose wants Hinrich or Gordon?

Who do you think will be better suited in playing alongside Derrick Rose for next season, and which player will make Derrick Rose overall game soar to the expecting level: MVP?

Hinrich: afraid of contact but his handles and passing ability makes up for that.

Gordon: undersized terribly at the shooting position but can score with the best of them.

I would try them both out this year and see how is better playing with Rose but at the end of the day, Heinrich needs to go because he is a point, he is not a true SG, I think that Gordon will go first though, maybe this offseason, the bulls have explored some sign and trade scenarios.

It really kind of depends on the long-term or the short-term. For the first season, Hinrich would be the definite answer because of his ability to handle the ball, play lock-down Defense and pass, therefor taking a lot of pressure off of the rookie. He can also start at the 2 guard and move to the point if Rose goes out. Gordon on the other hand is a horrible defender, not a good ball handler, a sub-par passer, and is not even a back-up pointguard. He is, however, a better shooter who would excell with Rose running the point. Therefor, a couple of years down the road, I could see Gordon being the man to keep. I can really see a good argument made both ways. I would say that if Gordon weren't asking for so much money, keep him, but under the circumstances, I would keep Hinrich for at least one season.

With Rose playing the PG position, Gordon would be the better backcourt combo as he has been playing SG. Hinrich's days as a starter in Chicago are numbered. He's only good for trade bait now.

If I'm the Bulls, I'll hold off any trade and keep them all and try to see which one of the two is better for the team.
