Des Hasler wants minimal injuries before the final showdown
Des Hasler who coaches Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles of the National Rugby League (NRL) shared that Melbourne Storms’ unexpected injury toll ahead of the final run for the NRL final, has cautioned him to prevent that from happening to his boys.
The Sea Eagles are about to check out on their run for the finals which is stretching out  for three weeks  battling against all the top three leading outfits within the NRL  hierarchy. This will determine the Sea Eagles’ final standing amongst the top three
positions.
During the course of the following three weeks, all what Hasler is worried about is his team’s fitness and health, the rest is not paid much heed so far.
This caution has surfaced within the Sea Eagles’ coach after the unexpected injuries emerged within the leader of the NRL ladder. According to him, the top eight standings are likely to fluctuate a lot within the course of winding up weeks.
While speaking about injury-crisis within the Storm, Hasler stated, “We've got to get past the Bulldogs first and (then) it's about staying healthy. You look at what's happened to the Storm. (They're) flying one minute and, in the space of a week, they've
lost one player for the season (Justin O'Neill) and had two major injuries (to key players).”
Hasler further added that he wants his squad to play against the better sides and the tough schedule will not dampen their spirits in that regard.
Matt Ballin also mentioned that he will be following the Friday night’s clash between the Melbourne and  St. George Illawarra.
Nonetheless this will not shift him from his key concern combating the Bulldogs and acknowledged that Sea Eagles are conscious of the stature of the risk posed by the Bulldogs, despite their sudden injury crisis.
While speaking about the hype created because of all teams participating, Ballin further added, “At this stage of the year, it's pretty exciting watching all the teams playing and seeing how they're going. Everyone knows St. George haven't been playing well
but playing against Melbourne will have them ready for a big game.”
