  1. Your question appears to be given by a well meaning but highly uninformed teacher.

    Renewable energy sources:

    1) Petroleumdistilates oil, gasoline, benzine, diesel, and "natural gas"

    2) Natural oil products from plants and animals.

    3) Hydro-electric, wind, solar and geothermal.

    1) In different parts of the world crude oil and its derivatives are manufactured from waste.  One of the best of these plants is in Nova Scotia.  They make over a thousand barrels from sewage.  Natural gas is up to 90% methane.  In India its called Gobar gas and is made from cow manure.

    2) there are groups of plants that produce petroleum chains including raw latex.  Many food crops can be grown for the oil like soybean and corn.  Pigs, chickens, cows and whales have all been harvested for their fat which can be rendered down for oil.  (yes, Tyson chicken could be a producer of oil)

    3)  Hydro-electric depends on rainfall and fall height of water.  Wind power only works when the wind is blowing, usually more than 10 mph.  Geothermal is not truly renewable, it slowly cools the earth's core.

Can give you tons more info if you want, including sources for several books let me know.

  2. Renewable energy refers to energy sources that are natural, continuous

  3. The words-challenge,manage and alternative are all words that give power away to someone of dubious motivation. You really must be brave enuff to accept that you may have an inside 'truth' to propel. Your 'truth' is very real, but, you must go the 'real mile' to be of consequence. You are real and I commend you! Be true to your moral francness-let you be of grand reality. Be not a form of gradier-but, a form of true mal-violent,sanity that is of pure love!

  4. This sure sounds like a homework question that has been given to you to answer, and if you ever want to learn something, then do the research into the subject and then you will always remember the information for the rest of your life.

But asking people for the answers to these questions on this site is not the way for you to learn anything.

  5. Do your own homework

use wikipedia, google, yahoo, etc, I'm sure you'll find it

  6. When I read your question it took me right back to school! Thanks!

  7. Wind -- There will always be wind. It will never run out, and it is a very clean source of energy. The down side is that some days may have less wind than other days, and the wind turbines used to harness the wind power may be unsightly to some people.

Solar -- Solar energy is also very clean and as long as there is life on this planet, there will be sunlight. The bad part -- some days it may be very cloudy and energy production will be lower, and the sun sets at night. You need direct sunlight.

Nuclear -- I personally am not a fan of nuclear energy. It produces very dangerous, toxic, radioactive waste, and if a nuclear power plant has a meltdown, it can be deadly.

Biofuel -- Although a clean source of energy, it takes about the same amount of corn to make enough fuel to fill the tank of an SUV as it takes to feed a person for an entire year! Farmers will start growing more corn to make fuel, but it will be going faster than they can grow it.
