unsatisfactory purchase of what? i bought a jacket online. i thought when i saw the pic online that the size is not that long per the image. but when it arrived to my door and opened it, i found out it was under my knee and have a hard time to walk with it. there is a one week allowance for return or change items, but i did not able to do it. so i just gave it to my neighbor who is longer than me lol.

*better to see and check things first before buying it. & there'll be no regret afterwards.
