    It looks very solid, but experience tells us, any sudden moves will make it fail. you lean in  cautiously, the slightest hint of  warm cheese and butter gently tickle your nose. you deftly do a quick scoop with your spoon, and pop it in you mouth, then catch you breath as the whole thing flows over your sense of taste and smell and then starts to melt in your mouth layer by layer. Don't you love a good souflee. Cheers  


  2. A gingerbread man when in a dough should be dark color and very gritty.  When dried, it should be very hard and dense.
