It depends on what's being reabsorbed and what part of the tubule it's being reabsorbed at. It can be diffusion, active transport, facilitated diffusion, etc etc, depending on these factors. Perhaps if you made your question more specific I could give you an answer?

By the way, I'm assuming you're talking about the nephron but you weren't very clear on that so I can't be sure.
