Describe the conditions under which logistic growth occurs?

logistic growth is when a population experiences exponential growth but at a certain point is limited because the population exceeds its carrying capacity.  The carrying capacity could be a result from anything from disease to lack of resources.  Once the carrying capacity is exceeded the population then decreases until its is below the Carrying Capacity...at that point more resources are aound so the population rebounds....and so on...have a look at this neat site...
