    - allergies

    - medical concerns

    - any problems noted

    - any activities/planning that is to be done

    - their development progress/charts

    - any sensitive issues i.e. bereavement

    - who is collecting a child

    - family info i.e. to contact in emergency

    - basic info date of birth etc

    any other relevant info which may be needed during there time at the setting which contribtes to providing the best care for that child while within the setting

  3. you mean about a child?  self care skills-bathroom, dressing, eating.  getting along with others.  listening to and following directions.  motor skills, both fine and gross.  sleep requirements (nap). any fears or dislikes as well as favorites and likes the child has.  food allergies or other medical issues.
